Enjoy the ocean breezes on our gated front porch while you relax and unwind. (My favorite morning respite) Located at 220 13 Ave in Belmar, our recently updated 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is just 2 blocks to the beach (2-3 minute walk) and within walking distance of lakes, parks, and town restaurants.

We have a large open floor plan that features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Dishwasher, wet bar, new LG refrigerator and separate wine fridge. Everything you need is included: Vitamix blender, toaster, drip coffee pot & grinder, Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, cookie sheets, serving platters, dishes, dinnerware, glassware and more. Two smart TVs (Verizon channels), high-speed internet, new 3 zone central heat & A/C, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans throughout. New large capacity washer and dryer, 2 1/2 updated bathrooms, updated luxury queen mattresses, new bed linens & towels, with a selection of pillows. Private master bedroom/ bath off first floor (4 steps down to yard level) with walk-in closet; leads out to new fenced-in yard, with patio, natural gas BBQ, wrought iron dining table, and new hot/cold water outdoor shower with dressing area. Smart locks, 2-car driveway. Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest.

The comfy living room and dining room, which is complete with table linens & serve ware, has enough seating for the whole family. Working gas fireplace in living room (winter). The front porch is a great place to have morning coffee & take in the sea air, or stroll to the beach and watch the sun rise. There is a dedicated work space in 4th bedroom.

There's lots to do in and around Belmar:. Whale & Dolphin watching, fishing, mini-golf, kayaking, surfing, parasailing, shopping & restaurants for every appetite to name a few.

Includes 4 Adult & 2 Senior beach badges, beach chairs, beach umbrella, plenty of beach gear and a large cooler on wheels. Beach toys & board games. Just bring your swimsuit!

Chargepoint level 2 EV charger in driveway. NEMA 6-50 outlet. For Tesla drivers, it works with adapter that came with your car.

Adult Couples and families are welcome. No groups, please.

Winter monthly & multi month rates available, utilities extra . Contact me for specific dates/rates. Longer cancellation policy for multi month summer season rentals. Our lease will provide a refund if the property is re-rented at the original lease price with an admin fee.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON PREMISES. Pre approval for one dog under 20lb with proof of personal liability insurance needed.

Perfect stay at the beach!
We loved our stay at June's house. The living space and kitchen were clean, bright and comfortable - perfect for our family as some of us were working from there. The location was great for getting to the beach without a car, and for walking on the boardwalk. We especially loved sitting on the front porch! Thanks June for setting up a wonderful place!

Beautiful Belmar Home!
We are just arriving home from a great week at June’s home in Belmar. We were very pleased with the home, it’s location, and June. The home is very clean and well appointed. It is a short 1.5 block walk to the beach with a front porch that is perfection. We had our morning coffee, happy hour cocktails & dinner out there. We loved dining at some great restaurants in Belmar, exploring downtown Spring Lake (great shopping), morning jogs on the boardwalk & playing mini golf with the kids in Bradley Beach. We had a minor issue when we were there and June had it resolved within the hour after contacting her. Overall a great family vacation & we would love to return to June’s beautiful home.

Extremely clean and well-appointed home. 2 long blocks (or four city blocks) from the ocean. 10 minute walk to bars & restaurants & such. Great location. I kept being warned that Belmar was full of noisy party people, but I didn't experience that.

Location Location Location
We found this updated cottage very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was 2 blocks to the beach and it was so nice to have beach chairs and badges supplied by the host. The configuration of the home is different but it worked great for us and I loved the updated kitchen and open family room. The kids spent almost every evening on the front porch playing games and we all agree we would defintely rent this house again. Thanks June

Belmar getaway
This lovely home had everything needed to keep us comfortable for our 7 week stay. Beds were extremely comfortable, amenities were plentiful, fireplace very cozy and only 2 blocks from the beach! June, the owner, was readily available to answer all questions; she provided a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay in Belmar
We had a wonderful experience renting this home. June has thought of everything you might need to make it home away from home. The house was lovely - I’m always nervous about houses that allow pets - even though I have a dog, because I am allergic to most dogs. Not a problem here! I was working while staying at the house and never had an issue with the internet. It was especially nice working on the porch! All in all the house is great, the location was perfect - walk to the beach, walk to town…great area to ride bikes…. I would highly recommend staying here!
