The space
Access to the property is through the cottage courtyard garden at the front. On entering the cottage, the homely living room is in front of you complete with log burner and comfy sofas and chairs. The door immediately to the right, is to the fully fitted kitchen, utility room is the door on the left, down the steps. Carry on through the spacious kitchen and turn right to access the bathroom through the pink door, there is a large shower wet room at the end of the bathroom.
From the living room there a step up to the flag stoned floor of the dining room, perfect for entertaining, there are also plenty of books and games on the shelves for the guest to use. The stairs lead to the two double bedrooms, a king and a double, both themed with a modern cottage feel, with ample storage space. Outside in the front courtyard is an outside table and chairs set, great for outdoor dining or relaxing in the evening.
Guest access
The cottage is accessed from the road through the grey gate to the front door, the guest have access to the whole of the property.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
*Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
OTHER NOTES
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.
The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, logs and kindling for the fire, which will last a couple of days.
If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a store a few minutes drive away in Belper.
