Incredible property and host
The house is magnificent inside and out. We enjoyed the view of Belton lake both early mornings with coffee and late nights in the Hot Tub. The master bathroom is a beautiful piece of artwork in itself- with the two person stand up shower AND the two person tub. The entire house was laid out very comfortably and a superhost quality with spices and coffee available. I hope it will be available when I want to re-rent this house for a family reunion. Rachel stays in contact with her guests and is ready to help with anything. Can’t say enough great things about this place - AND 10 acres to roam…….

Beautiful Property
Here is all the good stuff first, and then just a few snafus that were more annoying and certainly not a deal breaker. This property was beautiful, clean, stocked, and had everything from pool, hot tub, firepit, game room, and nature trails down to Lake Belton. There was something to do for everyone! There were even several deer in the back yard upon our sunset arrival, almost like they showed up on cue! A Christmas tree was set up and lit with a few other holiday decorations scattered through the home; I was worried about not having any holiday decor, and was so glad for this little detail. The kitchen had a nice selection of coffee pods and single serving chips ready for our arrival. I was able to easily whip up a Christmas dinner in this well appointed kitchen that boasts a convection oven and stove top. Just a few things that were more annoying than a deal breaker - both the check in code and the wi-fi password that were previously emailed to me 3 days before arrival, were not correct. This was just a minor annoyance, and quickly rectified with a phone call.There was also no large coffee pot; none that we could find anyway. We did use the French press coffee maker provided, also a Keurig single cup maker was available as well. Not a big deal, unless your serving Christmas dinner and need coffee for the masses. The garbage disposal also did not work, but otherwise, my family and I had a memorable Christmas holiday in this gorgeous custom home, and I would rent it again.

Amazing property!!
Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was beautiful and had plenty of space. Our teens loved exploring the acreage and lake. The pool and gameroom was a huge hit!

Nice but needs some work
I vacationed here with my family of 12. It was a nice location. The booking process and getting into the home was easy enough. Once we arrived the house was not clean. The fridge does not make ice, the guest bedrooms are not queens they are fulls. The hike to the lake is a steep one and takes roughly 20 minutes and you’ll need to be wearing shoes. It’s a beautiful lake picturesque and if you walk around the shore you’ll see a waterfall against some rocks it’s really quite beautiful. Our issue was with the home and it’s amenities. The dishwasher was broken, no one wants to hand wash dishes on their vacation. The ice maker does not work in the fridge. There really are only three TVs in the home. The pool plaster is coming up so it kinda slices your feet on the bottom. When I told the property manger and the host I was only met with a ‘sorry for the inconvenience thanks for staying with us’. The house is not stocked with enough cutlery and glasses for everyone to just have a cup or a fork. In the end, we had a great time, we managed with the sparse kitchenware, but what we could not get over was the broken dishwasher and the cleanliness of the home after paying a $500 cleaning fee. All in all the kids and adults had a great time.

Prefect place to gather!
This home is amazing. Tons of open and cozy space for everyone to feel comfortable. Lots of blankets and nook seating for intimate moments and group seating for family games and connecting. We held my grandmas 88th birthday and had family come from across the states. No one had a moment of disappointment. We enjoy our stay!

Property was great. Issues were lighting in living area lights did not all work including there was not a light on the ceiling fan it was clearly missing, causing living area to be dim. The water heater system is inadequate for 17 guests.
