Darling waterfront 3 bedroom home (comfy beds and pillows) with remodeled kitchen and huge deck. Enjoy your very own private pool with separate 3 person brand new hot tub! This home has the very best sunset views and practically a 180 degree view of beautiful Belton Lake - no docks to encumber your view! Bird lovers will enjoy all of the different species that migrate through here - lots of bird feeders to watch them up close!. There is a closed in man cave outside by the pool with it's own TV and bar area plus a pergola with gas grill for fun family dinners. Enjoy the fully fenced back yard with your kids or pets! There is no direct lake access from the property (no stairs down) but the neighborhood boat dock is a short walk or drive away. There are tons of trails and parks in the area for you discover! You will love the quiet solitude of this home - we think it is MAGICAL. Come make memories at the lake!

This place was perfect for what we were wanting. It has a lot of privacy with the beautiful lake right in the backyard. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunsets are gorgeous! We really enjoyed the pool. It was just what we were looking for. We will be back!!

We had a fantastic stay at DeAnn’s lake house! The home was spacious, clean, and well-stocked—perfect for our family getaway. We brought our boat and spent the week wakeboarding, surfing, skiing, and just enjoying beautiful Belton Lake. It was the perfect setting to relax, laugh, and make memories with our college kids.To top it off, we celebrated our 26th anniversary during our stay and had a great dinner at The Gin at Nolan Creek—highly recommend!We appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Just book it!

Glorious, beautiful and so clean!!! It’s dog friendly and they have a pool and hot tub, and I never saw ANY insects or pet hair. Not even in the pool/hot tub! Beds are super comfy, water pressure in showers is great, fun to walk my dog through the neighborhood and see all the deer, chickens, etc. I can’t wait to go back!

The views of the lake were stunning. We had continuous views either from the pool, patio or living room (other rooms as well). The host was very gracious and accommodating, meeting all of the needs and more. We hope to stay here yearly when visiting my family.

Belton Lake House

Front of the house is nondescript with a very steep driveway. The neighborhood isn’t super pretty. The inside of the house with picture windows and amazing views makes up for it. The back patio is the place to relax and watch the birds & squirrels. The owner was very responsive to our issues/questions.

Infested with mice!

The property is gorgeous. Unfortunately host is not local and relies on a local cleaner. Leaves and debris all over front entry. Mouse poop ALL over the house. In PANTRY, in kitchen drawers bedrooms, bathrooms, closets. We were greeted by two DEAD mice in the hall bathroom. Then we found a NEST in a kitchen drawer right next to eating utensils! Cleaner was promptly sent to clean and disinfect the mouse poop, but did not see her taking proper precautions for Hantavirus!! We left for dinner and came back to mouse poop right where she had just cleaned! Hardly any towels because they were still in dryer and we had no idea until cleaner found them . We planned this FAMILY vacation in October and due to local college graduations, we had NO WHERE to go . All other properties and local hotels were sold out!!we had to go an hour away to find 2 cruddy hotels when we. Needed three. Our family vacation was ruined

Breathtaking view

The property was absolutely gorgeous and even prettier than the pictures listed. It rained two of our four days however, the view overlooking the lake was spectacular. We sat on the back porch and watch the storms roll in. The property manager was prompted to answer any questions we may have had.

Nice Stay

The house is exactly as pictured. We found it to be clean and fresh. We chose this property as it accepted our pet (dog) and had a jacuzzi, the pool was a bonus. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not usable as it was leaking water and smelled to high heaven. A replacement showed up as we were leaving on our last day. Our trip was to visit grandchildren and the house was plenty big and accommodating inside as well as the back yard. The covered deck a big hit for bird and boat watching. The area is quiet, we felt safe and a quick trip to the HEB grocery store.Just a word on a few items to be aware of that was surprising to me compared to other VRBO's where we've stayed:- A very nice washer & dry on premise with laundry soap but no dryer softener sheets.- No tissues (Kleenex) in the bathrooms- No tinfoil or saran wrap in kitchen- No casserole dish and no large baking pan (example: for ham)- No tupperware type storage containersAll in all, everyone enjoyed our time at the property. Very relaxing! In addition, property management was very responsive.
