Enjoy the private deck with gorgeous views of the lake and connected access to the famous Paul Bunyan Trail. FREE use of Kayaks as well!

Comes furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay including fast internet, a King size bed, smart TVs, electric fireplace, Keurig coffee and all the cooking essentials. Seamless, self check-in is provided.
Morning coffee overlooking the lake is the best! Keep an eye out for eagles!

This place was fantastic. The views were beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the couch sucked us in. We even had 20ish roommates in the form of lady bugs.

Great location with amazing sunsets
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breezy Point. The condo was very comfortable and the location worked very well for us. There was plenty of room and storage. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens available. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and cool mornings. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Bemidji.

Beautiful Condo on the Lake
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Breezy Hills. Great location on the Lake and close to shops and restaurants in Bemidji. The hosts were quick with responses and provided so many thoughtful touches around the condo (we especially appreciated the well stocked coffee bar 😊). Would definitely stay again!
