The holiday apartment consists of 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen with separate laundry room, a very spacious living dining room with access to the wide and covered terrace with spectacular views to the lake and the golf course.

The living room of our holiday home in Atalaya, Benahavis also has the possibility of individually adjusting the temperature and is very carefully decorated in a unique style and very well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The smart TV has over 2000 international channels and also access to the fibre optic internet which is available throughout the holiday flat.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has kettle, Nepresso machine, toaster, microwave, air fryer, juicer, ... Multifunctional oven, silent fridge, induction plate and dishwasher. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses of wine and champagne glasses, etc.. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and dryer and space to hang clothes. We have also provided a washing rack and good hoover to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The beautiful terrace has a luxury lounge chair and a table where you can eat with 4 people.
The golf holiday flat is located directly on the golf course of Atalaya. Within less than a minute walk you reach the driving range of the Atalaya golf and country club. The next supermarket is less than 3 min drive away (Mercadona), the beach and beach restaurants are available within 6 min drive, Puerto Banus is 12 min drive and Marbella centre approx 15 min drive. Malaga airport is 55 min. away.

The residential community of Atalaya hills is located in a quiet area it was newly built in 2018 so all facilities are brand new and in perfect condition. In the common area you will find 2 tropical pools, one for adults and one for children, fully equipped Gym for the sporty days. For the colder days you have a sauna and a Hamman with outdoor showers. Guests have unlimited access to all these facilities.
