Upon entering the holiday home, you will find a lovely living space, where all the amenities are provided to let you make the most of your well-earned relaxation. There is a lounge area, equipped with sofas and a woodburning stove, and a kitchen room with a dining table and all the kitchenware and appliances that you might need. The hallway leads to one bathroom with a bathtub, and one of the four bedrooms of the villa, which is equipped with two twin beds.

Upstairs, you will find the other three bedrooms. The double-height master bedroom is provided with a double bed and an en-suite with a shower; another bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and this floor's third bedroom features one double bed. A separate toilet is also available inside the house.

The house is provided with underfloor heating.

The outdoor space offers the perfect spot for enjoying "al fresco" meals, thanks to the porch and the dining table located under it. The remaining part of the outdoor area is occupied by a well-maintained garden featuring an above-ground private pool. This ensures some genuinely relaxing and stress-free holidays for you and your beloved ones.
