Beautiful family townhouse located within walking distance from the sandy beach. The house benefits from 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is also situated close to a popular golf course in the Torrequebrada area of Benalmadena.
The property is installed with speedy internet so in case you want to work from home, you won't need to search for a cafe close by. There is also a garage available separate from the house to park your car securely. And of course, a communal swimming pool which is open during the summer months June - September

Property is located in Torrequebrada part of Benalmadena , only 20 minutes drive away from Malaga International airport , and 8 minutes drive from famous award winning Benalmadena Puerto Marina .The house is ideal for family vacations.

Overall the property was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but weâre disappointed about the following:-
1) arrangements for refuse disposal is poor with no facilities on-site. The nearest public bins were 500m from the accommodation.
2) parking could be improved on site with an allocated space for each apartment.
3) no spare gas bottles were provided so we lost pressure whilst cooking on the BBQ. The âwarmingâ grate above the BBQ doesnât stay in itâs allocated fittings so we couldnât use it.
4) the condition of the two umbrellas provided were shabby in one case and the other one was positively dangerous as it was broken and crashed to the ground.
5) in adequate lighting in BBQ/outside area. Cooking therefore had to be undertaken with help from mobile phones!
