This recently modernized apartment has capacity for 4 people and is complemented by a large corner terrace facing southeast that has the most impressive views of the Benalmádena beach. You can enjoy breakfast under the morning sun while enjoying the spectacular views of the coast.

Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (additional charge), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.
Access to the complex by vehicle is allowed through the barriers, which are controlled by reception (please ring the doorbell).
The building has elevators.
Total access to the common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, hammocks (for a fee), bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday. (Closed in winter)
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.
