Welcome to your Sunriver mountain getaway, a classic lodge-style vacation home tucked among the pines near Fort Rock Park. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, air conditioning, a private hot tub, and plenty of space to gather, this home is well suited for family vacations, group getaways, and relaxing Sunriver escapes.

The bright, open main level makes it easy to spend time together. Gather around the gas fireplace after a day of exploring, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy dinner around the spacious dining table. A laundry room and half bathroom are also located on this level for added convenience.

Wonderful place! Was perfect for our family, room for the 4 older kids (teen, young adults) to have some space but still easy to come together. Rooms were spacious, loved the adjustable bed in the master, house stayed cozy, hot tub was always warm, and the garage stayed a comfortable temp for game play even when it was cold out.Kitchen was well-equipped, only thing I missed was having 2nd baking sheet. I also appreciated that we got a text when the house ready, was nice to get in a couple hours earlier.

Classmates Retreat!

A ladies retreat for our HS class, 5 of us enjoying Sunriver and this great home! Lots of room for us, kitchen was stocked for eating, drinking and cooking. Had a great time, the 4 baths were a big plus also. Location was quiet, would have loved to have Shark passes, but the Big hot tub helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful House with most everything you need.

Two families with kids (ages 16-23) really enjoyed this property. It is beautiful and spacious. The ping pong table, the Foosball table, and the poker table were used a lot during our stay. I would recommend this place for sure.

Annual Family Trip

My family takes an annual trip to the beach, but decided on Sunriver this year. We found the Acer 4 property and it looked like a perfect fit. Check in was easy, Bennington was very communicative. The home itself was well stocked and clean. Hot tub and ping ping table in the garage were highlights. Thanks for a memorable stay. We will be back! -Justin
