With close neighborhood access to the Deschutes River Trail, and recent updates, Aspen Ridge is the perfect Bend retreat. This lovely home has a fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, high quality mattresses, and offers a garage for your convenience **owner has 1 car in garage parking space**.. The outdoor space at Aspen Ridge is private with a fully fenced back yard, comfortable patio furniture and gas BBQ. You'll find all of the details you will need for the perfect family vacation in Bend. Bring your food and personal belongings and we will provide the rest. Relax amongst the trees, bike to the Old Mill District, float the river, tour the Breweries and Downtown Bend.

House includes Central AC for your comfort during warmer weather.

The house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had one minor issue with one of the toilets but the Arrived Team was responsive and prompt, fixing the issue that same day! Great customer service! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bend!

Nice stay in Bend

Love the location and neighborhood. Short drive to restaurants and downtown bend. Neighborhood entry to Deschutes river trail is about 0.5 miles away. The house is clean, has a well-stocked kitchen and nice layout. Would have preferred a King size master but beds are comfortable. Definitely recommend this house.
