BLUE08 - Family-Friendly Sunriver Retreat | Hot Tub + Bikes

Welcome to your Sunriver getaway — a warm and inviting three-bedroom retreat designed to give you and your loved ones the space to pause, breathe, and focus on what matters most. Here, the goal isn’t to rush through your vacation — it’s to truly savor it.

Inside, the open living and dining area features a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for curling up after a day of exploring. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for big breakfasts, shared dinners, and all the snacks in between.

Upstairs, a king ensuite offers a private space to recharge, while the queen bedroom and bunk room provide plenty of room for everyone. The bunk room features both a pyramid bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk — a hit with kids and the young-at-heart. A spacious bonus room with a sleeper sofa adds extra flexibility for larger groups.

Entertainment is built in. Challenge each other to foosball or air hockey, hop on the provided bikes for a leisurely ride through the pines, or step out back to soak in the private hot tub under the stars.

Whether you spend your days adventuring on Sunriver’s trails, laughing over game nights, or simply enjoying quiet mornings with coffee by the fire, this home was created to help you slow life’s pace and reconnect — with nature, with each other, and with yourself.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

No pets allowed.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Perfect house for a large family from littles to teens. Plenty of bikes, games toys for all to enjoy. Hot tub was speed tv way start and end each day!!

Very good place to stay @ Sunriver.

This property we stayed at for Thanksgiving 2024 was perfect for our family. We’ve stayed at numerous homes in the past years and this was one of our top picks.. all amenities and a few “extras” for the young ones. Very clean as we were hesitant as we’ve always had dog sitters but this year we took them. Very clean, Kitchen was nicely appointed, bedrooms were great and roomy, bathrooms had more than 2 towels, overall great hosts, great communication from the property managers as well. Appreciated the whole Trip. Thank you!

Nice cabin on the north side of Sunriver

We had a lovely stay on Blue Goose Lane. It was a great cabin with plenty of amenities for our group of 7, and was well kept and clean. I loved the layout of the home with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper split level, the large shared living spaces in the middle, and the den/family room with powder room and laundry below at the garage level. We enjoyed using the hot tub, bikes (mostly in good shape), and game tables!The lack of any plugs on the main kitchen walls was problematic. Seems like it wasn’t built to code. We couldn’t plug in the coffee maker or toaster where they sat on the counters! We had to move them to other parts of the house to use them. It was very strange. It took a while for us to eventually find a set of plugs hidden up high in the cabinets, which we had to put an extension cord (found in the bedroom) to be able to use any appliances. Other reviewers have mentioned this, so I’m unsure why it hasn’t been properly addressed. There was some confusion about SHARC passes being included with this unit, but it was nice that Bennington was offering a 50% summer rebate on some tours and SHARC, which we did benefit from renting a paddle boat from the Sunriver Marina. All in all, I would recommend booking with Bennington. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with.
