Welcome to Fox Den North!
A Westside eclectic 1 bedroom above the once old historic Skjersaa ski shop, now a cozy Fox & Fern Coffee shop. Fox Den North is located upstairs with a private entrance and right next to our 2 bedroom called Fox Den South. You are welcome to make a reservation for your family to come and stay if you are in need of more room. Both units together have the potential to sleep up to 6 adults and 4 children.
This is a cozy and colorful vintage design including local artwork. A comfy living room and a dining room for 4. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for all of your needs. There are bike hooks inside if you are planning to bring your bike. Just be careful not to damage walls or furniture. Fox Den North has 1 queen bed and two twin bunk beds. Outside there is a coffee nook with 4 bar stools.
Fox & Fern Coffee shop will be open during business hours, 6:30AM to 3:30PM daily. You might be able to smell the coffee brewing or a dull roar from the coffee shop, so when you are ready in the morning just come on down and join the community.
If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, the Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is an easy 25 minute drive from Bend. This mountain is a blast, with a wide variety of biking trails in the warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding options in the winter, Mount Bachelor is a highly enjoyable destination.
This is a very clean and well supplied apartment. There were plenty of towels, shower products and coffee for our use . The bed was really comfortable. There were clear instructions for use of tv and air conditioning. I received an email making sure all was going well and contact information if it was required. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Just be aware it is above a coffee shop that is staffed from 6am. You may hear movement and muffled speaking. You may also be aware of other residents staying in the other units. This did not bother us, but if you are sensitive to sound, this may not be for you.
Dog friendly place with sheets to place over furniture to help with the fur was really thoughtful. It was cute, clean, and as described. The only thing is that it is a bit loud if you have neighbors; the cafe noise is to be expected and it stops when they close in the afternoon so it wasn't too bad. But if you have neighbors you can hear every door opening/closing. Earplugs will help!Overall enjoyed our stay; great location and parking was easy.
