EXECUTIVE RUSTIC LODGE IN BLACK BUTTE RANCH

Black Bear Lodge is over 3,800 square feet of lodge-style luxury set on nearly two secluded acres which are a short walking distance from the the Glaze Meadow Recreation complex at Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon. Great room with soaring fireplace, dining room, breakfast nook, chef's kitchen; den and reading loft; wraparound deck, spa; king suite, 2 queen suites, plus bunk room suite that sleeps 6.

Staying at our home, you will enjoy the beauty, comfort and relaxation of our home, and the amazing natural beauty, tranquility and many recreational offerings of Black Butte Ranch. All within one-of-a-kind Central Oregon -- and all just 90 minutes from the Willamette Valley and 40 minutes from Bend.

Black Butte Ranch charges those staying at the resort as renters an access and recreation resort fee. This fee is included in the "property fee" that renters pay VRBO when booking our home. As your host, we will pay this access and recreation resort fee on your behalf to Black Butte Ranch.

THE BEST OF BLACK BUTTE

Truly a mountain lodge setting perfect for families or a few friends. Everything about this home is luxurious & perfect: stocked with everything you need, beautiful and fresh decor, unbeatable location in Black Butte, a short walk to Graze Meadow pool and rec center, 22 miles of bike/walk trails across the street, and a very accommodating and communicative host. If you've read this far... just stop and book it. You'll be glad you did!

We've stayed in a lot of Vrbo houses, but this location truly felt like a "home". This is a gorgeous property, incredibly well equipped and it was beautifully decorated for the season. It is well located, just a short walk to the Glaze Meadow Pool and Recreation center. Definitely your best choice at Black Butte Ranch.

Excellent Spacious Home

Black Bear Lodge was an excellent choice for our group of 8, each requiring their own bed. Three bedrooms and a bunk room with 6 twins and a shared bathroom provided all the room we needed. The living area was spacious, with plenty of LR seating for our group to watch TV around the wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. The outdoor hot tub offered a great view of the surrounding property and the daily visits by 10-12 deer, including 5 bucks. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely be interested in a return stay with 2 or 3 other couples.

I recently stayed at this rental and it was an exceptional experience. The property was beautifully maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Been to Black Butte at least seven times, stayed elsewhere in VRBO properties over a dozen times. This is the best property we’ve ever had the privilege in which to stay. Beautiful home close to Glaze Meadow, our favorite area. Well equipped and excessively comfortable. Our 11 folks ranged in age from 3 to 74, and all were impressed. The wrap around deck gave privacy, sun, and shade throughout the day. The bunk room fit our ten through eighteen year olds marvelously. I would love to say bad things so folks would look elsewhere, but that not be fair or honest. Loved our time. Have signed up for a future stay. Nuff said.

Amazing location

My new wife and I used this as a home base for our wedding at Black Butte Ranch in March. The size allowed us to entertain family and friends in the days leading up to and after the wedding. The garage provided safe storage for decorations and luggage, as folks flew in and out. Very cute décor, feeling very much like home. Perfect location near the Glaze Meadows Rec Center, and far away enough from the wedding action to have some privacy.

Year after year, we love to stay at this home! It feels like a big lodge, yet very cozy. The home is well appointed with anything you could need. The kids love the bunk room, and it is a great layout for 2-3 families to spread out. The location is a short walk to swimming, playgrounds, and basketball. Perfect holiday getaway

This place was perfect for our family of four plus uncle and grandparents to get together. Our kids loved walking just down the road to hit the water slide while the grandparents enjoyed relaxing by the fire. The kitchen came fully equipped to make any meal our chef uncle prepared and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. There were so many little touches to the house that made this experience so special for our family especially the 18 foot Christmas tree. Thank you for an amazing stay!
