Nestled just steps from the bike path and a short distance from SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center), you’ll have access to endless outdoor fun and activities.
The home features brand new interior paint, new furniture, and new bedding, providing a fresh, modern feel throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has also been upgraded with a new stove and refrigerator, perfect for preparing meals that can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area.
Relax in the cozy living room with cable TVs and high-speed internet, or step outside to the large, completely enclosed deck, where you can grill and enjoy a soak in the brand new hot tub in the peaceful surroundings. The home also includes a ping pong table for added entertainment, as well as a pack-n-play and high chair for families traveling with young children.
