Fantastic location, spacious and beautiful, perfect for groups, hot tub, dog ok

Built in 2012, our spacious and cozy family vacation home is situated in the popular NW area of Bend. Immaculately appointed with two living rooms and everything you need for the perfect getaway for your family or large group. The house is walkable to fabulous restaurants, fun brewpubs, the gourmet Newport Ave Market, Drake Park, various hiking trails, and located only minutes away from Mt. Bachelor skiing.

Our home has a spacious floor plan that allows our guests to relax in multiple areas. You will enjoy the openness of the main living room with built in tv and gas fireplace, & dining room with large table that opens to the patio. The gated/private patio has plenty of seating, and outdoor waterfall, large Sundance 6 person therapy spa, and a nice barbecue for grilling fun!

The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked with utensils/cookware with cooking options of a convection oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave. There are plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. to create lovely dinners.

There are four bedrooms, a bonus room, and three full bathrooms upstairs. Through one of these bedrooms, you access another living space with a pull-out couch plus a Smart TV, a full bathroom, and an additional bedroom. **Please** note that there are four bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has the access door to the bonus area and the fourth bedroom. The bedrooms are decked out with lovely linens to provide optimal comfort.

Amenities include natural gas heat, air conditioning, driveway, two car garage, one gas fireplace (upstairs fireplace is for decoration only), 3 HD TVs, private/gated patio with plenty of seating, outdoor waterfall, large Sundance six person therapy spa and a nice barbeque for summer fun!

We love dogs! Your small to medium sized one is welcome with a non-refundable deposit and our approval. There is a $25/day additional fee for your dog.

Everything at our VRBO was absolutely great! The kitchen was well stocked, ample bathrooms, very clean and tidy, enjoyed having the hot tub, and the location was perfect for our needs. Family Get- Away in Bend

The house had plenty of room for family time, eating and sleeping. There was outdoor space for hot tubbing and socializing on the patio. Anne was quick to address any questions that we had. The location was within walking distance of coffee shops, a great grocery store, restaurants, etc. We would recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful family house

I traveled with my three adult daughters. We each had our own bathroom in the second story. It allowed for some to sleep while others stayed up talking then quiet morning coffee without disturbing everyone else. Everything we needed for a great stay was provided.

Wonderful Bend House

This house was perfect for our family gathering, with plenty of space to hang out together and space to get some rest on comfortable beds. 3-1/2 baths were a bonus. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen equipment as well as the gas barbecue grill. The location was great- a short walk to the river and Drake Beach Park, as well as short drives to area hikes and Sun River. The highlight for our grandsons was the July 4th festivities (especially bounce houses and slides) at Drake Park. We’d definitely stay here again when we visit Bend.

Great place, close to activities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is close to many establishments, and also a great home base for spending a weekend on the mountain. About 1/4 mile walk to nearby restaurants, and 1 mile to downtown. Both easily walkable.

Awesome, Clean Space

Great place to stay with family and friends. The house is well supplied, roomy and comfortable. Great location, downtown Bend and parks all within walking distance. My only suggestion is to improve the front and back yards by removing weeds.

Great location and house layout

We ran into a couple of issues upon check in, but the host was really communicative and understanding. The house was awesome for a group of people. All bed rooms are upstairs which made it nice for noise management. Plenty of parking and good location to shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Amazing Family Thanksgiving!

This Bend home is cozy, well-equipped and a fabulous location. You are walking distance to great markets, restaurants, and parks. We had a wonderful stay! House had so much room for all of us and the location was perfect. Just close enough to town-but still tucked away in the neighborhood. Comfy beds and nice linens-couldn't ask for anything more :)

Great house in wonderful location!

We were in town for a pickleball tournament and this house was perfect for our large group of adults. The location is very convenient and the home is extremely well-stocked with cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils and pans and all the basics needed for cooking. Two car garage was great given the heat. Fans and central air kept us cool. A++! Thank you!
