Thoughtfully cared for and designed with families in mind, this home features an inviting open-concept living space, a wood-burning fireplace, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully stocked kitchen flows into the dining area, setting the stage for meals that bring everyone together. Step onto the deck to share stories over a BBQ dinner beneath the pines.

The main level offers a spacious king bedroom and full bathroom, along with a laundry room to make longer stays feel effortless. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a bunk room—connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom—provide plenty of space for family and friends to relax.

After a day exploring, unwind in the private hot tub, challenge each other to cornhole in the backyard, or set out on the bikes provided to discover Sunriver’s trails and natural beauty.

A bit below average

A check in time of 5pm is just too late. This is never going to be convenient for people driving in from far away. We want to unpack and settle in before dinner and have time to do something. A check in that late wastes a day of vacation. For short stays it's better to stay in a hotel where you can check in at 3 and out by 11. The house was fine overall but needs a couple repairs. The upstairs bathroom Door doesn’t close all the way or lock. Most annoying was that almost all of the outlets need to be replaced, they are too loose. Any cord plugged into the wall will just fall out. So it was frustrating not being able to plug things in where we needed them. It's also a fire hazard to have plugs barely making connections with the receptacle and flicking on and off because of the loose connection. The Master bed was too wobbly and rickety. When we first walked in my wife laughed as she could push the footboard and it moved about 10", there was that much play in the frame, it was ridiculously loose. How do people not notice this when servicing the house? I had tools in my car so I was able to tighten the bolts, but half the bolts were stripped. I also used two cargo come-along straps to hold the bed frame tighter. I didnt like having to spend 40 minutes working on the bed (and it was still too squeaky for me). The DVD player in the living room didn’t work. The internal motor that spins the dvd was broken.

Enjoyable stay

I rented this property for a few days while attending a conference at the Sunriver Resort. It was great! We had everything we needed and had a great time. It was very easy to find and close to the Village and the Sharcc (though the SHARCC was closed for the season.) Bennington Properties is very easy to work with! I will use them again.

Homey, cozy, great layout and room for all.

We rented this property with my adult daughter and toddler grandson, and my 17 year old son with two of his friends. The bedrooms are perfect for a large group and we loved the upstairs living space as we could all be in the same room eating, cooking, watching tv. The bikes are fun and the hot tub was relaxing.

Nice property

We have rented many units and this one was one of our favorites. It was updated and pretty clean. We appreciated the prompt attention to the DVD players not working. They changed them out right away. The only thing that would have been nice was having SHARC passes.
