This 5 bedroom 2 bath home has been recently remodeled. It's an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy down time in front of the cozy warm fire place during the cold snowy winter in the family room. Smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the family room. Prepare a delicious dinner in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. In the Summer you can enjoy a cookout on the spacious deck with a gas BBQ . It's clean, beautiful and boast a private hot tub. Excellent location, less than one block to the SHARC. 10 daily SHARC passes are included. Centrally located within Sunriver and within walking distance to The Village. Garage comes equipped with several adult bikes, children's bikes, and scooters for your recreational pleasure. Enjoy time with family and friends playing board games, puzzles, cards and dart board. Lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed with a small additional fee.

Come winter enjoy the skiing at Mt. Bachelor (30 minute drive), tubing at the SHARC, skating and other activities at The Village which is a very short distance from our home. We also decorate for Christmas to making it festive and memorable. Snuggle up
by the fire while sipping a cocktail or cocoa and watching the twinkling lights on the tree. Create a magical memories of the holidays.


Come summer enjoy the pools or the SHARC with the kids, tennis, basketball, parks, trails for walking and biking, horse back riding, kayaking, the nature center, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock wall, bounce house, and so much more.

We also have a universal car charger for those with electric vehicles!

P.s. We have a high chair and play pin for babies. We have put new bed frames, new mattresses and bedding. You will be comfortable and know everything is clean!

Golfer's the golf courses in Sunriver recently have raised prices substantially and if you want ot go 15 minutes south to La Pine to play Quail Run let me know and I can tell you how to get a discount at this great little course.

The bedroom beds are as follows: main floor Queen, upstairs primamry King, two of the 3 other rooms has Bunk beds, One set has 2 full size mattresses and a twin trundle, the othere has a full & twin mattress. THe 5th room has a single bed. This is a total of 7 beds.

Golfers, the courses are now all private but just 20 minutes south in La Pine is a great little course and if you mention my name they will give you a 10% discount. It's Quail Run Golf Course.

Location can't be beat! This house was clean, comfortable, and so perfectly located. The six children (age 5-10) lived their best lives of biking, swimming and playgrounds from early morning until late at night. We were a party of 10 (2 families) and the space was great. We cooked most meals in the home (had all the tools we needed), loved borrowing bikes for exploring and appreciated proximity for walking to SHARC over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing Sunriver with us!

The house could use a facelift in part of it. Several light bulbs were burned out. Patio’s definitely need a comfort update! Tried to get my pet deposit back since we didn’t end up taking our dog

Perfect for a family with grandparents, moms & dads and children. Plenty of beds for a group of ten. Nice having to separate decks, one for the kids and one for the adults. House was clean upon arrival and kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time.

Cozy

It was a warm house to walk into. Plenty of beds for all of us. My daughter had her own room and her brothers and cousins got the bunk beds. Worked out perfectly. Living room was the perfect size to end on a family movie night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Disappointing

Very disappointing overall. The pictures made the home look much nicer than it was in reality. There was only 1 bathroom for everyone to use downstairs- as the second bathroom was inside of the master bedroom 
so 1 couple had their own bathroom while the rest of the house had to share one toilet and shower that soaked the floor every time it was used. The house was very worn and felt dirty. Quite disappointing for the price.

Great Location to SHARC & Village

House worked out for our 2 families. Great location across from SHARC and quick walk to village. Layout : There are really only 4 bedrooms, then one converted closet through one of the bunk rooms that has a twin bed in it. Only bathroom upstairs is inside the master. So no other bathroom for the 2 1/2 bedrooms upstairs. There is no dining table, just some awkward chairs around the island. So while you can sleep many people, the living space is small.

Amazing location, great house.

We stayed the week after the fourth. House was clean and you couldn’t beat the location. Just walked out the backyard, cross the street to the SHARC every day. Can’t beat that for a summer vacation.

Relaxing get away

The house was exactly as described. We were very happy with how well stocked the kitchen. SHARC was an easy walk across the street. There were plenty of bikes in every size to borrow and the kids had a great time riding around the loop. We definitely plan on visiting again!

Great Stay!

We had a great time! A few things were a little dirty upon checking in (the stove could have used a good clean up). The only this was that one of the “bedrooms” that was listed was actually just a bed in a walk in closet of another room. It worked out well, but we wish there was a little more clarity in the listing. Also it appeared to say that both bunk beds said that they had a trundle but only one did.
