Pick up pet refuse, $50 minimum fee will be charged if pet refuse is left for us to pick up
Never leave your dog unattended inside or outside the home, either crate or take Fido with you!  Bend loves dogs, we have provided a leash for your use
Never allow your dog on ANY of the furniture (26 x 38 dog bed is provided), extra cleaning fees will be charged to launder and clean furniture

Welcome to one of Bend's favorite vacation properties which is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and situated in the heart of the West of Bend, Oregon.  A beautiful and spacious air conditioned sun filled four bedroom home with two and half bathroom vacation rental situated in the heart of the west side of Bend, Oregon, this home sleeps 10 comfortably.

Open and spacious sunshine filled living room with large section sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper, sitting chairs, fireplace and 48" hi def flat screen LCD with a Blu Ray DVD makes this a perfect vacation rental for family and social gatherings.  The fully equipped kitchen with a four burner gas range and side-by-side refrigerator is designed with get-togethers in mind and features a breakfast bar that seats four and seated dining for six with wood flooring.  The washer and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the kitchen.

Private California king guest suite is located on the lower level and features a private entrance to the powder half bathroom as well as its own private entrance to the patio and hot tub.

The large king main suite with a deck, a 40" flat screen lcd, small work space with chair and a private  bathroom with dual sinks, shower and large walk in closet with built in cabinetry and shelving is located at the top of the stairs to the right.  The king bed has a memory foam topper for your comfort in mind.

The two queen guest suites are located upstairs with the guest full bathroom situated near the two bedrooms.  Both queen beds also have memory foam toppers as well.

This vacation home is furnished with a pack and play (portable small crib) and booster chair and an X-Box with games offered for your youngest guests' comfort and pleasure.

The large fenced backyard has mature shade trees, a private hot tub, outdoor dining with seating for six and umbrella, plenty of adirondack chairs, front yard with grass and a front deck with two adirondack chairs.  This vacation home is pet friendly for small dogs 30 lbs. and under with prior approval and pet rent paid prior to arrival.

Bring Fido for flat rate of $50 per reservation with prior approval and pet rent paid.  Pet amenities include a 26 x 38 dog bed, 6 ft. sturdy dog leash, large food and water bowls, and refuse baggies.

Located in close proximity to brew pubs, short walking distance to downtown and Drake Park, restaurants, coffee houses and an easy ride to mountain biking trails of all levels.  Easy access to Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort for winter and summer outdoor fun makes this an excellent vacation rental with plenty of room to unwind in after an adventure filled day.

Check In is 4 p.m. Check Out is 11 a.m., no early check ins or late check outs
An Accidental Damage Protection fee of $69 per reservation (non-refundable) for up to $1,500 accidental damage for accidents that are not consider malicious.
