Tucked between the 1st and 10th holes of the Woodlands Golf course, our townhouse offers everything you would expect from a luxury vacation home. Whether you crave the serenity of the Oregon high desert or the thrill of outdoor adventure, our home will not disappoint.

Featuring three bedrooms, two of which are enormous master suites with full private baths, this home is perfect for a large family or small family groups vacationing together. The well-appointed kitchen features all of the cooking, serving, and eating utensils you’ll need for any family feast. The large, open-concept living area is perfect for socializing, eating, and enjoying the big screen TV or just gathering together to play a game or work on a jigsaw puzzle.

The location is ideal for golf lovers. The Woodlands Golf Course and driving range is just a short walk away. Enjoy views of the fairways from the back deck or the large windows of your private master suite. Walk to McDivot’s Cafe for anything from a simple breakfast, a quick lunch, or an afternoon aperitif.

If skiing is more your style, hit the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, just 24 minutes away, then come home to wind down with your favorite beverage in the luxurious hot tub, large enough to spread out and enjoy with friends.

The Eaglewood Townhouses are located between the 1st and 10th holes of the Woodlands Golf Course in Sunriver. For those who love to golf, it’s an easy stroll to the clubhouse or the driving range. If walking or biking is more your style, enjoy the many trails that intersect nearby. It’s an easy walk to the river, the North Store, or along the golf course. The Lava Lands trailhead is just a short walk away.

- LOCATION -
Sunriver is well situated for your active lifestyle. Hiking trails abound in the nearby BLM land and national forest, some beginning just a short walk from our home. There are hundreds of lakes nearby, back country trails, wilderness areas, boating, canoeing, skiing, snowboarding, wildlife viewing
 or just simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh scent of juniper on a hot Central Oregon summer day.

- GETTING AROUND -
Getting around Sunriver is easy. There is a large network of well-marked walking/biking trails. A trip to the store is as easy as hopping on one of our many bikes and riding a few short minutes to the store or local restaurants. You may, of course, take a car to anywhere in Sunriver, but you'll enjoy the trip much more on one of the bikes in the garage.

Stayed for a whole month and had everything we needed! Beds and linens were soooo comfy. Loved waking up in the oversized 2nd floor suite with views of the birds, squirrels and swaying trees. Sweet visits from herds of deer every evening. Kitchen extremely well-stocked and communication was always very quick and supportive. Very comfy with great amenities!

Excellent accommodations and hosts! Layout of house perfect for our extended family of multiple ages. On site pool was great for members who preferred a quieter option to SHARC and SHARC passes a plus for the more ambitious members of our group. Hot tub was clean and perfect temp. Great golf course location and proximity to N. Store. We enjoyed matching the bikes to our abilities and preferences since many are available from toddler to senior- even functional helmets provided. Home equipped with abundant amenities and if anything is lacking the hosts provide immediate and thoughtful solutions. Abundant games provided for evening fun, cozy blankets and bedding too. We appreciated the climate controls of heat/ AC to stay comfy. The home is clean and cared for and the hosts provide excellent communication. We look forward to staying here again.

Spring Break

My family and I spent Spring Break travelling a loop, from NW Oregon to Central Idaho and back. This location was our last stop and was the best stay. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and spare toiletries. I also appreciated the hot tub and wide assortment of games.

Wow! Very comfortable place to create family memories.

One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever rented on Vrbo. Master suites are great and BDR downstairs was perfect for the grandchildren. Even used the sleds in the garage for a fun outing. Will definitely rent again and tell others.

This place was great. Close enough to Bend to grab food and take the kids around. Well stocked with spices, oils, etc. Blake and Christine has such a lovely place. We will definitely be coming back in the summer. Loved the hot tub as a bonus. Thank you for having us!

Family get together

This property was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would have in your own home. Including spices, baggies, foil etc. The beds are vey comfortable. Towels and sheets nice and soft. Tvs in all rooms with many options to view movies etc. The hot tub is wonderful. We have stayed at over 25 homes through VRBO, and I can honestly say this was one of the best.

Sunriver Tennis Weekend

Terrific unit that comfortably accommodated 2 couples offering 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bikes were a fun plus. It was 95 degrees, but the unit stayed comfortable and cool with good air conditioning. SHARC passes were readily available, but we were out in the courts most of the time. Highly recommend this unit!!

Skiing Cabin Oasis

Blake & Christine have a beautiful home: stocked kitchen, maintained hot tub, streaming services, enough supplies (i.e. nice towels) for the whole family. We were able to ski Bachelor and come home to a relaxing house to play games, watch movies, hot tub, and cook. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great condo in sunriver

We stayed during Christmas break while skiing at Bachelor. Place was great. Super comfortable, two large en suites, all appliances, bbq, spa, etc. plus we could bring our dog. SHARC passes good for just swimming FYI. Full workout area for residents only. I probably missed that in the listing.

Family getaway

Check in / check out process was very easy, convenient and low maintenance. Blake and Christine are incredibly responsive and helpful. This is our second time staying in the home and they remembered us easily. This year the home has been updated with smart technology and air conditioning, this particular condo gets enough shade that ac was never really necessary as long as you used windows and blinds appropriately, however with the smoke this year being the worst at night we were very thankful we did not have to let all the smoke in to keep the house cool. The kitchen is well stocked with almost every small appliance you can think of and a decent selection of spices. We loved staying here before and we continue to love staying here.
