Bad management
The house and location are amazing, but the customer service sucks! The house is up to 8 people, and I had 6 only. When I asked extra blankets they said NO because "the occupancy went over what is allowed". I proved I had only 6 but they didn't care. I had to go to Walmart to buy it. Also the dishwasher doesn't work (they repaired and stopped working again). Also the dryer was being turned off remotely, so I had to took off wifi to finish my laundry. Other than that, great house

The home had not been cleaned since the previous stay. All of the beds were unmade and dirty, no clean towels, dishwasher full of dishes, hair in all the bathrooms. We had to wash our own sheets to be able to sleep.

Perfect for our stay
The house is beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. We stayed while playing a sporting event so although we were gone most of the day, it was nice to come back to a place that was very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. My dog also loved their backyard that was very well cared for.

The house is absolutely immaculate and stunning, in a quiet neighborhood, but close to town, with a fenced backyard and gorgeous outdoor family room with huge TV. There is nothing that wasn't perfect!

Great stay in Bend
Had my grandsons with me for our annual weekend away. The location was great, the park was just down the street, and easy access to everything else. Clean and lovely home, the outside bonus room was fabulous.
