Parkridge at Pilot Butte - Warm & Modern Bend Ski/Outdoor Basecamp

Welcome to Parkridge at Pilot Butte! Our warm and modern centrally located family friendly home has been curated to be your Bend basecamp for adventure. This home features high ceilings, lots of natural light and has been built into the natural rock landscape of Pilot Butte.

Whether you're here to relax, eat/drink through the city or take advantage of all the outdoor recreation and play, we know you'll enjoy it within close proximity of our front door. Located in the Orchard District of NE Bend, you're walking distance to Pilot Butte, a quick 5 min drive to downtown, and Mt. Bachelor is just up the road (35 min)!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This lovely welcoming home features 3 bedrooms (king, queen, trundle with 2 twin beds), and 2 rolling twin beds upon request.

*If you plan to use 1 or 2 of the rolling twin beds PLEASE let us know upon booking. This ensures that our cleaners provide appropriate sheets and bedding prior to your arrival.

FAMILIES
If you would like to request to use our pack n' play, high chair or newborn bath please request this upon booking. Kids plates and utensils are available to use and can be found in the appropriate kitchen cabinets/drawers.

HEATING & COOLING
This home has A/C to keep you cool in the summer months and central heating to keep you warm on cold winter nights. The home is integrated with a smart Nest operating system to help keep the temperatures in a comfortable range during your stay.

Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room with a good book or watch your favorite shows/movies on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy an open, spacious kitchen equipped with the essentials that you'll need to make yourself at home.

While we are big animal lovers - unfortunately, pets are not allowed as guests at this time. While we pride ourselves on maintaining an extremely clean house - if you have a very severe dog allergy, please be aware that dogs have previously been in this home. Thanks for understanding!

Perfect Stay!

The perfect VRBO doesn't exis...Stop the presses, yes it does and this is it! Everything, and I mean everything is right with this beautiful house close to everything in Bend. The location is great, the house is warm, inviting, comfortable, clean, and every possible need is thought of. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are sparkling and new. The kitchen is completely outfitted, and the living room is comfortable and inviting. Honestly, it is all pro's, and I can't think of a single con. This place is so nice, even my 14 year old son wanted to take off his shoes as soon as we came in to make sure he didn't get any dirt on the floors! I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's, and this is hands down the best stay ever. I hope we get to stay again! Also, the hosts are warm and friendly, and quick to respond when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. This is the place you have been looking for!

We stayed here for work at the hospital and it was perfect location for us just minutes away. Many dining options very close. House was very clean and great communication. Driveway is a bit steep if need it in winter. We did use the garage first night. Bedrooms cozy and warm, good TV

Great girls getaway!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a little girls trip weekend and it was the perfect place for us. Everything seemed to be “8 minutes away”, making it such a central location for our activities. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the host had great communication- even when Bend had a huge power outage for a few hours and we lost power. They made sure we were taken care of until the power came back on. 10/10 reccommend staying here!

Fantastic Rental

We stayed here for a long weekend for a lacrosse tournament. Location was convenient to get back and forth to Big Sky Park with plenty of restaurant, grocery store etc. options nearby. House was very clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Communication with host was easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Bend area.
