This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is conveniently located in the quiet Rock Ridge area of Black Butte Ranch with easy access to 3 pools including South Meadow, Glaze Meadow and the newly renovated lodge. 1 king bed and bath on main floor with 1 bath and 2 bedrooms (1 queen room, 1 bunk room with 3 bunks) upstairs make for the perfect getaway for 1 or 2 families. Enjoy privacy from the back deck with Black Butte views and unobstructed wilderness. This home comes with WIFI, extended basic cable (main floor bedroom and family room), roku on the family room television and an Amazon fire stick on the television in the upstairs loft. Our home is very child friendly with a pack n play, video monitor with 2 cameras, high chair, single stroller, toys and games are all available for use. Four Bikes available in the garage along with a double trailer to tow kids. Glaze Meadow recreation center is a 5 minute bike ride/10 minute walk away.

Fun weekend getaway
We had a fun weekend with friends here at Black Butte Ranch. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, great views from the house. We didn’t spend too much time inside - we were out hiking and biking all day.

This house was great for our family and some extended family. Great layout for everyone to be together and had everything we needed for a fun family stay. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute!

Falls a little short
We had a nice vacation. Good location and comfort level was satisfactory. Beds are fine. House wasn’t presented clean. Master bedroom carpeting needs a deep cleaning or replacement. Bath towels are at the end of their useful life and smelled musty. Garage is disorganized, 5 bikes in disrepair and the ping pong table wasn’t useable. Kitchen was fine. Family Vacation
Nice, well loved family friendly home in a beautiful quiet setting. Everything you could need ~ nice pool towels, lots of bikes, helmets and a bike trailer. Lots of well loved toys for the kiddos. Very comfortable beds for everyone.

Relaxing home
Great house with cozy and comfortable living spaces. Loved being on edge of Black Butte with access to forest. I’m not a fan of soft beds, but I know some are. Otherwise, a really nice stay!
