You will love it

This is my first time staying at this hotel. Really enjoyed the vibe in the lobby in the room rooms and the aesthetics. I would say the only thing that’s a bit of a challenge is parking. Especially on the weekends. But aside from that, the staff was amazing. The area in downtown Redmond has drastically improved. It just feels. Awesome

I loved all the little touches at this property, including fresh “good” coffee every morning down in the lobby, the awesome lobby with the fireplace,filtered cold drinking water, the ball jar glasses in the hotel rooms to fill your jars with water, the earplugs, big rooms with the sofa and desk, there was too many things…so this property was awesome and was super community-based and super clean and was actually the same price as staying at a hotel chain would recommend to anyone! I took my mom who was in her 70s, and she could not stop commenting on all the little touches with the bar in the lobby as well as the 24 seven hotel staff, and everyone was so friendly and wonderful!

The rooftop was a welcomed surprise. Fire pits, comfy seating and a beautiful view made it a great and cozy spot to play board games with the kids while enjoying hot beverages.

This hotel had a great vibe, service, dining options, and decor. The long had a big cozy lobby with two areas where it was fun to sit around the fireplace with family or get food from the delicious smoothie/breakfast place. We also enjoyed a delicious gourmet dinner at the restaurant. Look forward to to trying out the meditation room and the rooftop igloo dining on a future trip. Thanks to cleaning staff for a special request. Also, thanks to security guard for walking me to my car at 3am before going to airport (only 5-10 minutes away). Five stars!
