Grab a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a spectacular view of the sunrise over the pines from our large deck or from the expansive living room windows. Or enjoy some wine time around the fire pit in the back. With four bedrooms, two living spaces, a wide-open kitchen and dining area, this home lives large and comfortably. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feed a large group with plenty of seating available for everyone. A tankless water heater ensures plenty of hot water for everybody to clean up after an active day. Beautifully appointed in every way, your time spent here is perfect for relaxing with family and friends with plenty of space for easy conversation and sharing. The front and back of the property affords more options for kicking back under the stars or a soak in the hot tub.

Our location is only 1.5 miles from Shevlin Park, with hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and fishing available year-round. Mt. Bachelor ski area is a 30 minute drive away, and lively downtown Bend and Deschutes River access just 3 miles away! This house is great for entertaining and relaxing! We enjoyed quiet mornings reading on the front porch, breakfast al Fresca on back patio, laughing and cooking around the island in the kitchen, and winding down in the hot tub after the days adventures in Bend! Would highly recommend!

Great home on the west side in a quiet residential neighborhood with some good restaurants nearby. We stayed for a week of skiing at Bachelor and had a great time with easy access to Century Drive. Highly recommend for a friends and family location.
