Property was located in a convenient area close to downtown Sisters. Easy check in and parking. Room was dated and not the cleanest. Bed and linens were clean however the laminate flooring was very dirty and seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in some time, along with lots of dust on the lamps and baseboards. Shower was clean however did not get hot which was unfortunate. It was alright for a one night stay but would likely not stay here again.

Ok so gonna start this out on a negative tone but youll enderstand the 5 star rating. I go to check in and im told they dont have any hot water. This hotel is literally the closest point between bend oregon and where im currently working thats a reasonable rate. So i simply say well crap can you guys offer any type of discount because of this inconvenience so i dont have to try to book a room elsewhere. Didnt discuss anything beyond a yes we can give you a discount.... they gave me my room for half price. So thats how they got 5 stars from me. Were up front about the problem and honestly gave me a bigger discount then i expected. This is an awesome business.
