Stay Away!

Negative 5 starts if possible..... This place is not ready for rental. Baited mouse trap sitting in plain site when we entered... temp was set to 55F. After a night, it was clear the walls and ceilings were infested with mice. Upper bathroom fan seizes from time to time, king bed mattress is completely shot (better ones found abandoned along the road). Carpet and floors were filthy, white socks turned black on their bottoms within an hour. TV had terribly annoying ROKU pop-ads until one in the party googled instructions for how to turn it off. Gas grill was out of propane. We have rented in Sunriver 5x before, we will use one of the other reputable property management firms we have used before when we return. This experience was about as bad as it can get. Thankfully, a significant portion of our $ was refunded. The owners need to invest in this property to get it rentable.
