This cozy home is a great place to relax and enjoy all that Bend has to offer. A classic “millworker’s house” at its roots, it's been modernizing while keeping the “Old Bend” look. The floor plan (oak flooring throughout) is very open, with dining, kitchen and living room all connected. The shower surround is a unique mosaic mural made of recycled glass tile. The kitchen and bath countertops are recycled barn wood. Creative reuse and recycled material upgrades, you'll love this sweetie cottage!

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
The Aspen House is a downtown home-away-from-home. It has two bedrooms, king/queen beds, and a bathroom with shower. With the Old Mill District in one direction, and Downtown Bend in the other, you are in the PRIME Bend location! And of course Mt Bachelor is just 20 minutes up the road. Come stay in Bend and live like a local!

HEATING & COOLING
The Aspen Cottage features a mini split unit (A/C and heat) in the living room and it does a great job keeping you the perfect temperature. There are additional cadet heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom to keep you cozy any time of the year!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Aspen Cottage sleeps 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. A Pack & Play Crib is also provided for your little one (Please bring your own baby sheets). Extra blankets are on hand to keep you extra cozy!

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with cottage charm! Reclaimed wood has been used throughout. A compact dining area for 4 is just next to the kitchen. There is also an outdoor table for relaxing and dining on beautiful Bend days. Basic oils and spices are provided to help get your meal started. The outdoor patio table will be the perfect place to enjoy dinner cooking on the BBQ any pleasant evening! A high chair is also provided for a kiddo.

FREE WIFI & ROKU LIVE TV
Free 200 Mbps Bend Broadband wifi. Speed test on a mobile phone is 146.5 Mbps / 11.5 Mbps. ROKU Live TV features 350+ free channels. This home has lots of board games to keep you entertained as well.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a well kept backyard and deck. Feel free to fire up the gas grill for a BBQ and enjoy the sunny patio on those perfect Bend afternoons. No smoking of anything please.

PARKING
You will have your own private driveway spot. It is a long tandem driveway and will fit 2 vehicles front to back. There is also on-street parking in front of the home.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is nestled into a sweet residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors.
