Tranquil Tumalo Home

Located just 10 minutes from the center of Bend, OR and 5 minutes from Tumalo, OR which features the famous Tumalo Feed Co. Great place to stay for those who enjoy the outdoors and the luxury of being out of town. Just a 40 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor and a 45 minute drive to Hoodoo Ski Resort. Offers a beautiful scenic view out back as well as a perfect mountain view out front. Just an 8 minute drive to Tumalo State Park with perfect river access, and a 9 minute drive to Eagle Crest Golf Course. This home is a one bedroom ADU with a private one car garage. The lighting in the unit is spectacular. This unit sleeps up to 4 people, we provide an air mattress as well. ALSO THERE IS A STEEP SET OF STAIRS LEADING UP TO THE MAIN AREA OF THE UNIT. I do not currently have a baby gate.

We were looking for a place away from city lights and this was great! The place is very clean and the owner was very responsive. A handrail for the stairwell would be great and also some hooks in the bathroom would be nice.

Spotlessly clean and convenient to everything
There is so much to like about this rental. It’s close to Bend, but not too close to Bend, with easy access to the recreational areas in the National Forest, Smith Rock State Park and the Deschutes River. The place is impeccably clean with modern appliances. Everything is bright and clean and new. The bed is comfy and there are views of the snow capped mountains in the distance with cows, horses, alpacas and sheep nearby. Landlord was great to deal with and communicated everything clearly. The kitchenette has an air fryer which was easy to use and also a microwave. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the region.

Perfect for us
The pictures do not do this location justice. Everything look brand new and/or gently used. I stayed with my wife and two children. We did not spend a ton of time there, but this was perfect for what we needed. The only thing with having kids at the location are the stairs which the owner does mention. Owner responded very quickly with any questions.
