Average facilities for the price charged. The non smoking room was reeking of smoke because the previous occupant had used the remote control caddy as an ash-tray!!. Not offered a change of room as none available. Requested an iron on 2 occasions and none turned up even after the front desk said it was on the way. The surrounding areas are also not particularly clean. I will certainly not recommend this property.

We checked in last night around 10:30. The boy in the check in didn't have a clue what he was doing. After walking in to the back office every 2 mins to clear his doubt, finally after 25 mins he gave us the room key. Should have professionals to do the job.
