The hotel is in an ideal location for the old town and access to the new town is not difficult. It is ideally placed for the beach and the access to shopping and dining is exceptional. The premier room that we had was roomy, large sized bed and fantastic views from the balcony of the beach and sea. However although the room was serviced daily with clean towels and bed making, the hard surfaced floor really required mopping with disinfect everyday to remove dirt and debris from everyday usage. Most people usually walk around bare feet in their rooms and after a few days, this was not ideal due to the dirt on the floor. The breakfast was nice and wholesome and there was a large selection of juices and hot drinks to go with it. A few more daily choices added to the menu would not go amiss as the breakfast became quite repetitive if you stayed for more than about 3 days. They also do an excellent Omelette but the choice of filling needs to be increased. That being said I would definitely stay here again and hopefully these things would be addressed before my next stay.

Loved the position of the hotel virtually on the beach Crazy lifts though Only one button so you couldn’t select up to the pool or down to reception The lift stops says going down but we want to go up to the pool when that one leaves you have to press the button again and hope the next one is going where we wish to go But overall very good

This hotel is perfect a great location right on the sea front and walking distance to the old town for shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff cannot do enough for you the breakfast is 10 out of 10 I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is great, but we were treated poorly upon arrival. Staff tried to move us to another hotel before we even checked in because it was one of our birthdays and they 'dont book celebrations'. To rub it in, we then saw two stag groups staying at the hotel with no problems. Superb hotel, poor management and terrible customer service. Breakfast is good, the pool on the roof is cool and the rooms are decent, but the trip was tainted by staff telling us we were not good enough for the hotel.

Unbelievable location

Lovely newish beach front hotel. Fabulous location on Levante beach. Nice clean rooms, good WiFi, lovely roof top cocktail bar and plunge pool. Very good breakfast buffet.

Spanish cold shoulder in full force, but nice hote

The hotel is in a nice location, with a small supermarket next door, directly opposite a beach (which can get busy so you need to be there for 7:30am to get sea front loungers), and in the old town for nicer restaurants and nicer streets etc. The hotel is clean and tidy, with well cleaned rooms and each room is large and comfortable. The room service staff are friendly and offer room service daily. The roof-top bar , seating area, pool and sun bathing lounger area is impressive and will be a major selling point for guests, Offering complimentary clean towels and a good selection of drinks and food. The breakfast is of good quality, freshness and a large choice from traditional English sausage and beans etc. Through pastries, fruit, salad, cold meats and cheese, cereals, breads, juices, proceccio, coffee and more. Great so far, and I have to say it is a very nice hotel to stay for a few days but with a few problems..... 1) The Spanish cold shoulder! Its well known that the Spanish would like to be rid of British tourists, and as most regular travelers will know, they just ignore you. Spanish people will be taken from behind you in queues to a free reception desk. You will be ignored at the rooftop bar and despite 3 people working, they will serve everyone else and then go and do something else like fold towels before they serve you 🙄. This is pathetic, and whilst I understand they blame British tourists for not being able to buy houses in local towns (much like UK media

A great suprise
