We stayed here for 5 nights, Bed & Breakfast in a Sea View room for my birthday. We were given Room 508 which was on the corner with amazing views and a balcony that wrapped around the corner of the hotel! The hotel left a bottle of bubbly and cake in the room on arrival and again on my birthday with a lovely message from Paula the guest experience manager. The breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly wish for including omelettes cooked to order (my favourite!) The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is just perfect with the Old Town right behind, the Strip within walking distance and right on the Levante Beach promenade with stunning sea views. This was our first time in Benidorm and the hotel made our stay totally memorable for all the right reasons! Thank you so much Barcelo for an amazing stay and when we return to Benidorm, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

Superb hotel
The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We booked a superior king room with a sea view the view was lovely, the room its self was very clean and comfortable with some lovely touches. The teabags were replenished daily to my delight!! The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding very soft and cool. We honestly can’t wait to stay again

When we went between the dates of 2-5th feb, there was three of us. We had the best time. Lovely staff who ever we met. We would like to mention carlos who works on the rooftop bar who is a lovely man, very polite and makes the besg Sangia in Benidorm. Rest assured we will be back, shame we didnt get a sea facing apartment then we would of been amazed. The roof top facilities are excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back.

This hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating . The breakfast were excellent with plenty of food options . The roof top terrace was clean and had great views . Great for couples .we will stay again

Great hotel!
Lovely hotel, great staff and great location. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Our new favorite Benidorm hotel. Will definitely be back.
