This type of apartment has a beautiful sea view. Decorated in bright colours with the tile/marble floor. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with the shower. Accommodates 5 people. It has 2 air conditioners and a washing machine. Equipped with everything necessary for living, the kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and there are all the necessary items for cooking. The living room has a big flat TV with Smart TV and the bedroom has a TV as well. Free Wi Fi and a safe box. All windows have shutters and curtains.
The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and a relaxation area. To the sandy beach of Poniente, which has the status of the Blue Flag, walk 3 minutes.
Strictly forbidden to hold parties and noisy activities after 23.00 Parking in the territory is paid and paid separately, the cost is 15 euro per day. Accommodation with a pet 20 euros per stay.
