Excellent accomodation just fringing the old town, friendly staff, I also liked the request by the property to keep noise levels low after 10pm , we were beach front sea view with wonderful views , yes there is a road but never heard in rooms of an evening, but to be honest it's a 10 k an hour polocie and pedestrians are priorities, yes would thoroughly recommend,

Reception on arrival great. We opened door to our room and it smelt of drains. The room was a good size. The floors had not been swept. The fridge not cleaned, inside the fridge was part empty bottles. Ashtray on balcony still had cigarette butts in. There were only 4 coat hangers, and one of them was on the cupboard shelf broken, do we only had 3 that we could use. The mattress had bad stains on. We told reception about fridge, coat hangers and cigarette butts, they did empty ashtray but not clean it. We stayed two nights, but would not stay again.

Love the location, just short distance from the old town, reception 24/7, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, we had a sea view room, which gave fantastic views over the bay, fantastic sun sets, And as with every time we stay here, the team are very friendly, and always made to feel welcome,

Everything was lovely as always, the only thing was the drain smell in the bathroom but it wasnt there all the time. It didnt put us off booking again and we will be back at Christmas, stayed 3 times this year, its good value for money and easy access to the old town which we love and not too far to go to new town for a night of entertainment.
