The staff were very helpful. The only thing I didn't like were the bolster pillows. I am used to sleeping on flat pillows and these were far too high for me. I did ask at reception for an alternative pillow but they didn't have any so I had to buy one. Also a few hooks by the door to hang coats and bags etc would be helpful. Other than those 2 small things the hotel was very good and represented value for money. Hotel in a good location and they also offered a shuttle service which you could book at the hotel. They ask you to check in online which I couldn't do, but no problem checking in on arrival. Overall a very pleasant hotel. Would go again.

Great hotel on the beach but needs a little TLC and attention to detail in areas. Basics were clean but I found alot of areas in the room had not been clean for a while, skirting boards and corners of the room were dusty and dirty. Stuff still under the bed from previous guests. Towel were stained and old and need replacing. I think the cleaning handover needs to be checked/better. Staff are friendly enough though I did have a door issue which could have resulted in me being locked in the room which I ended up fixing myself as I couldn't wait any longer after not promise of anyone coming. Also had patio doors that didn't close properly or lock. Location is great

Fantastic

Another amazing stay. This is the second time I have stayed here in a 4 week period. The accommodation is perfect, staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Free safe, iron, ironing board, kettle, cups and mini fridge. Super clean, no issues. Highly recommend a sea view room.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay. Lovely, clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Small fridge in room with iron, ironing board, kettle and safe available for free from reception. Immaculate rooms and facilities. Lovely balcony with beautiful views. Our room was ready before the check in time which was a bonus. Will definitely return.

Basic but clean, perfect for a few days.

The hotel is basic but for us was just what we needed for 3 nights. It is right next to the beach and the gay area of the old town. The rooms have air conditioning are basic, but clean. The bed was comfortable and when we requested extra pillows they were there when we arrived back at the hotel. Our balcony door didn’t lock, we did let them know and it didn’t get fixed. They were also having work done outside the hotel which meant the stairs up to the hotel were a little difficult for me to navigate. This will be temporary as they having a ramp fitted.

Nice location on the beach

Staff were super friendly, very attentive and helped when we needed anything, lots of fresh towels daily, maids will clean your room each day if you want, front desk where supper helpful, currently going through some renovations, I’m sure it will be amazing when it is finished, great location, we had a sea view room which was nice, it had a balcony and air conditioning which was a blessing, thank you all for a great week
