Appartement trés bien situé

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  Benidorm oĂč l'on a pu profiter de la plage et se baigner aux vacances de toussaint. Appartement Ă  quelques pas de la plage (30 m) et trĂšs bien pour 3 personnes. Petit bĂ©mol, que des chaines TV espagnoles . Notre petit chien a pu profiter des vacances grĂące aux propriĂ©taires qui acceptent les animaux. Un plus : le parking privĂ© car l'Ă©tĂ© ce doit ĂȘtre indispensable !

La atenciĂłn por parte del personal fue muy buena. La ubicaciĂłn del apartamento inmejorable. Lo negativo es el estado del mobiliario, como por ejemplo la alcachofa de la ducha que estĂĄ bastante deteriorada. Y la otra pega es la ausencia de ascensor que hace bastante incĂłmodo portar las maletas. Por lo demĂĄs todo bien. RelaciĂłn calidad precio buena.

UbicaciĂłn extraordinaria en playa de poniente

Excelente ubicación en primera línea de playa, comodidad por tener parking privado. Estupendo trato por parte de la agencia de Benidorm (interhome). Limpieza del apartamento correcta. Menaje de cocina un poco deteriorado (sartenes, ollas, ensaladera
) la bomba de calor no funcionaba pero había un calefactor. Ya habíamos estado en otra ocasión y repetiremos.

UbicaciĂłn excelente

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, sin duda lo mejor. Esta muy bien equipado, las sartenes impracticables, eso sí, pero por lo demås tiene de todo. Tiene dos neveras. No tiene ascensor y eso lo incomoda un poco, pero no son pisos con mucha altura. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, pero solo hay en el salón y en la habitación a partir de las 10 de la mañana no hay quien esté del calor. Tiene ventilador de techo, pero suena mucho. Zona sin ruidos y tranquila.

Perfect location, Apartment needs a refurb

First of all, we did have a fabulous holiday but that was more down to the region and people than the apartment and service. To be fare the apartment had everything that it said it had but it is in dire need of a makeover. If you are going to rent this apartment please be aware that you have to collect the keys from the agent which is nowhere near the apartment, if you do not have transport you will need to get a taxi. Also there were three of us and we were only given one key which created its own problems. Please also note that there are no lifts so you need your energetic legs for the stairs which was actually very good for us. There is a plug in wifi but the reception is not brilliant. There is aircon and it does work but it looks like its been through a war zone. I love this part of Benidorm and will definitley stay in this area again but not this apartment.
