After accessing the property through the garage, as well as being able to park up to two vehicles in its interior garage, we can access the laundry area and hall, which communicates the basement with the main floor.
Once we enter through the impressive main door we find a small glass entrance hall through which we can see the garden.
On the main floor we can enjoy a relaxation area with several sofas and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped and with everything necessary to be able to enjoy with the family.
Large sliding glass doors lead to a stunning terrace with views of the famous Peñón de Ifach, where the large infinity pool and barbecue make for unforgettable days outdoors.
Returning to the interior of the house we can make use of an impressive glassed-in lift that connects us with the sleeping areas on the upper floor. 3 impressive bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms make up this first floor through which we can access the top floor via a lift or stairs.
