VILLA KERENZA is a beautiful intimate stylish villa in the exclusive area of San Jaime, moments from Moraira, offering privacy but accessibility to the nearby sights and activities.
The main house is distributed all on one floor and has a stunning garden with palm trees, good sized terraces, and a unique large circular private pool.
The villa is composed of:
- Spacious and bright living room with direct access to the garden and pool
- Semi-open kitchen, fully equipped, with an adjoining dining room that seats 6
- 3 bedrooms (1 x twin and 2 x King) with fitted wardrobes
- 3 bathrooms with shower (2 ensuite)
The villa is equipped with gas central heating, ducted air-conditioning, double-glazed windows (climatic and security-glass), integrated music system, water softener and has internet connection via fibre optics.
There is a covered garage at the entrance, private driveway and plenty of bike storage.
The property has two televisions (living room and guest bedroom) a fully integrated kitchen, pellet burner, central heating and air conditioning systems.
On the outside of the villa, there is a beautiful garden with palm trees and native vegetation. There are 2 good sized open and covered terraces for entertaining and a large 11m circular private pool with outdoor shower.
From here there are lovely views to the mountains, the Peñon de Ifach and partial sea views, which immediately creates a beautiful Mediterranean atmosphere.
Located a short drive to the beautiful bays Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar and is close to the pleasant beach of La Fustera.
VILLA KERENZA is located in a very exclusive and quiet neighbourhood. There are a choice of supermarkets nearby that also offer a delivery service.
A pleasant 5 minute walk takes you to the Ifach Golf Club and Dos Toros Restaurant and tennis courts.
