Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 910 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 10 m, depth 140 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, WiFi, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Carport. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 5 km, swimming bay 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors.
