In the resort 10 km from the centre of Calpe, on the outskirts, 7.5 km from the centre of Benissa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Roofed, parking. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Cala La Fustera" 4 km pebble beach "Cala Baladrar" 2 km. Sports harbour 4.7 km, golf course (9 hole) 4.7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups.
