LAYOUT: Located just moments away from the tranquil shores of Cala Advocat, Villa CASA BLANC offers a luxurious retreat with sea views and a perfect blend of diverse interior design styles. This exclusive holiday villa in Benissa is thoughtfully decorated to transport you through three distinct worlds—Marrakech, Scandinavian, and Ibiza—while providing every modern comfort for a peaceful Mediterranean escape. Once entering the property, by going up the stairs, we encounter to our left a large sized pool area, where we find all the comfort and privacy we need to enjoy a fantastic times with our family and friends. Around this pool, you’ll find beautiful colonial-style sunbeds, made from light wood with hand-woven rattan backs and plush white cushions for maximum comfort. These classic loungers evoke timeless elegance, perfect for relaxing in style. Straw umbrellas are strategically placed which offer the perfect balance of sun and shade, ensuring both comfort and style.Right next to the pool is a beautifully designed white wood bar area, offering a chic and functional space for poolside refreshments. The bar offers a grill to make delicious meals whilst being with our loved ones.

Furthermore, under a beautiful concrete pergola we find a large, rustic wooden table, which comfortably seats up the guests, making it ideal for lively meals or intimate gatherings. The transition between the chic outdoor area and the villa’s interior is marked by a set of elegant, wide black-framed window doors that blend modern sophistication with the villa's timeless design. Once inside the villa, we enter the spacious living area, complemented with a majestic kitchen island with high wooden stools and a comfortable modern sofa area. On the same floor,to our left, we have the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom at our disposal.

Going up the external stairs, we find the second floor with the other four bedrooms. What makes this floor special is that each 2 bedrooms are connected to an own living area and have their adjusted bathroom with shower.This distribution is ideal for various families with several children where these can be entertained all in a separate living room, equipped with built- in sofa corners and TVs of the last generation. Furthermore, there are two terrace areas on the balcony right in front of the rooms, from where amazing views can be appreciated, looking over the scenery around and the Mediterranean Sea.

EXTERIOR: The villa has a quiet private street leading towards it, where guests can access with their vehicles. They can park them right in front of the villa, colocating them precisely next to property. Greenery areas surround the villa, having the Cala Advocat at less than 200 meters in front of us.

SITUATION: Situated in a quiet area, the villa is only a few minutes away from all the beautiful beaches and calas of the Benissa area. Cala Advocat is right in front of the villa, at short walking distance.There is a lovely chiringuito at this Cala where we can enjoy meals or a nice coffee whilst being right next to the Mediterranean Sea. The towns of Calpe and Moraira with all their amenities like restaurants, bars and shops are as well in short driving distance.Furthermore, right behind the villa there is a large supermarket available for the guest needs.
