The villa Garrofer in Benissa has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people. A beautiful and cosy villa with spectacular views to the sea, ideal for families who wish to disconnect and enjoy a rural environment with a lot of tranquility.
Distribution of the villa: With 247 m2 of living space, the villa is distributed in two independent floors and communicated by the exterior. On the first floor there is a small hall that gives access to a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower and air conditioning, a second bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Going down a small flight of stairs of 4 steps, we access the very warm and spacious living room with a fireplace and air conditioning, divided into two areas, one with a dining table, and a sofa area with TV. From the living room there is access to a beautiful glazed terrace that can be used all year round and through which a beautiful natural light enters, ideal for breakfast with fantastic views and a fully equipped and independent kitchen.
In the lower part of the plot is the second house, completely renovated and beautifully decorated, where we find a single bedroom with air conditioning and a small en-suite bathroom with shower. A living-dining room with air conditioning and open plan fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning and a fifth bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. From the living room there is access to a pleasant uncovered terrace with table for outdoor dining with fantastic sea views.

The entrance to the plot is completely flat, and there is space to park several vehicles. The villa has several terraces and large outdoor areas with unbeatable views, lots of open spaces.
To access the pool area you have to go down a small flight of stairs and where you will find a nice area with a pergola, a barbecue with sink, a bar and a small auxiliary fridge, a beautiful corner where you can celebrate your evenings every day in an incomparable setting. The swimming pool has stairs to access inside and a sunbathing area with sun loungers and a parasol for sunbathing.
