BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN VILLA LOCATED IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: TThe Villa PURA VIDA has a mixture of Mediterranean and Ibizan style and is organized on two floors. The main entrance gives access to a large and bright space where the open plan kitchen and the living room are located. The kitchen has all the necessary elements and appliances to prepare meals in a pleasant and cosy atmosphere. The living room consists of a sofa, chaise longue, a coffee table and a television. To the right of the kitchen is a dining table and several chairs. To the left of the living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a terrace with a table and two chairs for coffee or reading. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower. To access the ground floor we have to take the external stairs. On this floor we will find the two remaining rooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: On entering the property we have access to the parking area where we can park a vehicle. On the covered terrace of the upper floor we will find an outdoor dining area with capacity for all the guests. Just to the left there is a chill out area with a sofa and several armchairs. On the left side of the garden there is a pergola with a sofa and a coffee table where we can relax and disconnect from the routine. On the lower terrace we find the swimming pool area surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate. The armchairs situated under a tree offer another possibility to enjoy a moment of peace and relaxation during our stay.

SITUATION: Villa PURA VIDA is located in a quiet area offering peace and tranquility very close to the sea. It is within easy driving distance to all amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and water activities in the town of Moraira.
