GROUND FLOOR



Features a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, and direct access to a large terrace with panoramic sea views. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The sleeping area on this level consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and an independent bathroom with shower; and a second bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub.



TOP FLOOR



Houses a second living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, fridge, sink, and washing machine. The sleeping area on this floor consists of a third bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and air conditioning. This level also includes a full independent bathroom equipped with a shower.
