Family-friendly and modern 3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms apartment in Cumbre del Sol, with spectacular mountain and sunset views from the private terrace.
Two gorgeous communal pools within 2 minutes walking distance. Lovely beaches, coves and hiking trails nearby. Free parking right outside the apartment.
Four (4) air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living room, 2 smart TVs with many channels and Netflix, high speed fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, and much more.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king bed (160cm) with a memory foam mattress, while the other 2 bedrooms have double beds (140cm), also with memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms have wardrobes to keep your clothes organized, and one of the bedrooms also has a desk. There is also a smart TV in the master bedroom.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with 2 sinks and a tub / shower combination, and another one with a shower. A washing machine is also available in the smaller bathroom.
The spacious living and dining room is bright and modern, with a dining table that can sit 6 persons, a 55-inch smart TV with Sonos sound system, and a comfortable sofa and coffee table. A large and bright door leads to the outside terrace, that has another dining table and chairs.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to enjoy your stay, including several kinds of plates, glasses and kitchen utensils, Nespresso machine, microwave, bread toaster and much more.
The apartment is located in the Pueblo Montecala residential resort in Cumbre del Sol, between the coastal towns of Moraira and Jávea, which are close by. Two of the most beautiful beaches in the area, Cala Moraig and Cala El Portet, are just a few minutes drive away. Another cove (Cala Llebeig) is accessible only by foot, and the hiking trail starts in Montecala, very close to the apartment. There are 2 restaurants nearby in Cumbre del Sol, Dreamsea and La Cumbre, and many more restaurants and cafés in Moraira and Benitachell. The Pepe La Sal supermarket and a pharmacy are also just a few minutes drive away. The restaurant La Cumbre is highly recommended for the food, service and views.
The Pueblo Montecala residential resort also has 2 pools that you can use in season, one just a few meters from the apartment, on Zurbaran street, and a larger one at the entrance in the Pueblo Montecala residential resort.
There is tennis, Padel tennis, boules (petanca) and horse riding available at Cumbre del Sol. If you want to play golf, there are several excellent courses nearby in Jávea and Ifach.
