Restaurants are available at 200 m and the supermarket is 2 km. The home is newly built in the traditional Dalmatian architecture. The living space is bright and spacious with a living-dining room, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom with double bed, TV, and air conditioning. Kids have a cot to use. The terrace with the outdoor fireplace and the furnished garden is perfect to relax enjoying the surrounding forests and vineyards. 1 pet is allowed at € 10/night. The parking facility is also arranged. The nearest airport is 20 km. A utilities & service fee of EUR 40,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
