The beautifully situated Villa Oliveto not only impresses with its picturesque location, but also with the large orchard and olive grove that surround it. The interior of the villa is bright and cosy, warm daylight streams in through floor-to-ceiling windows, while you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lush greenery. Relax on the comfortable sofa with a glass of Croatian wine while your favourite music plays softly in the background. Or organise a little cook-off and enjoy the food afterwards in a cheerful atmosphere.



First thing in the morning, jump into the pool for a refreshing dip and then relax with a cool drink on one of the sun loungers. In the afternoon, enjoy the view of the olive grove from the spacious outdoor lounge. Take a leisurely stroll through the orchard and pick the ripe fruit, such as figs, cherries, apricots and pomegranates. Use the barbecue and prepare fresh fish or juicy steaks for a delicious evening meal under the stars.



Take a short trip to the nearby coast, where idyllic bays and beaches invite you to spend relaxing days by the sea. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Tamara, die Vermieterin, war einfach super, immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist toll und bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Es war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Die gemütliche Atmosphäre hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Besonders der Außenbereich ist ein Highlight, perfekt um die Sonne zu genießen oder einfach zum entspannen. Der Wintergarten ist ideal für kühlere Abende, wo man trotzdem die Natur genießen kann. Das Haus bietet absolute Privatsphäre, was für einen entspannten Urlaub perfekt ist. Allerdings sollte man beachten, dass man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants zu erreichen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Tamara und ihr Mann waren jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in Nationalpark oder nach Zadar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wurde sogar übertroffen. Wer Ruhe, Privatsphäre und etwas Abgeschiedenheit vom Touristentrubel sucht ist hier zum entspannen genau richtig. Ein kleiner Studenac wäre zwar fußläufig zu erreichen, aber aufgrund der grundsätzlichen Lage von Smilčić ist ein Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. Die Highlights sind definitiv der große Pool, die Sauna und auch der Whirlpool, alles in allem ist das gesamte Anwesen ein komplettes Highlight mit einer super überdachten Terrasse, auf der man ohne lästiges Ungeziefer verweilen kann, einem großen Grill mit Aussenküche und den Obst-, und Olivenbäumen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, immer gut erreichbar, super hilfreich und immer bemüht, für die vollste Zufriedenheit zu sorgen. Bei der Verständigung gibt es ebenfalls mit Deutsch und Englisch keine Probleme, da beide Sprachen top beherrscht werden von Tamara und ihrem Ehegatten.
