Open the gate and take the path leading to the entrance door to discover a large living area, with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, and all necessary utensils) will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. The dining area has a table for 6 people, while the living room, with its sofa and television, is conducive to convivial moments with family or friends. A fireplace with wood available will provide warmth and comfort during cooler days.

On your left, a corridor leads to a bathroom with a shower, an independent toilet, and the garage.



Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The first bedroom, tastefully decorated, is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), as is the second. The third bedroom, ideal for children, has two single beds (90x190 cm).
