The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 1930s house for rent in Bénodet, approximately 150 m from the beach. It has a surface area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 300 sq ft living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a terrace and a garden of approximately 6,500 sq ft. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and fireplace (wood provided for the first fire)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a baby bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds and a child's bed
- Bedroom 5: with two single beds
Each bedroom has its own private sink (except bedroom 3).
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed private garden of 612 m² facing southeast
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Enjoy water sports at the sailing clubs in Bénodet and Sainte-Marine.
- Go hiking on the many coastal trails to admire the coastline.
- Explore the nearby villages and iconic sites: Pont-l'Abbé, Quimper, Concarneau, and Locronan.
- Visit the Pointe du Raz, just an hour away, for spectacular ocean views.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the market square just opposite the house.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
