A Lovely holiday

Very nice comfortable property, with everything you need for your stay. Close to towns but in a very quiet and peaceful location. Lovely walks in the area too.

Assez décevant

Nous n'y avons passĂ© que 2 nuits. PropriĂ©taire sympathique. Cependant le logement Ă©tait bien en deçà de nos attentes. Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude et la TV n'est pas une TV connectĂ©e (chaĂźnes TNT uniquement et box sans youtube/Netflix... etc). Le problĂšme d'eau chaude aurait peut ĂȘtre Ă©tĂ© rĂ©glĂ© si nous Ă©tions restĂ©s plus longtemps mais pour le coup le logement ne valait pas les 320 € payĂ©s pour les 2 nuits. ArrivĂ©e Ă  17h et logement quittĂ© Ă  10h. Equipement bĂ©bĂ© Ă  renouveler (trĂšs vieux et peu fonctionnel). Les barriĂšres sur les escaliers m'ont rassurĂ©s initialement mais la petite passait largement entre les barreaux sur le cĂŽtĂ©. Points positifs: la proximitĂ© avec la ville d'Etretat Ă©tait apprĂ©ciable et les 2 chambres Ă©taient assez grandes et sympathiques. TV

Location trÚs calme et située dans un bel environnement : idéale pour randonner dans le secteur d'Etretat avec de nombreux circuits balisés. Idéale avec chien car jardin bien clos. Seul bémol : linges de lit non défait du précédent séjour...

Nice because the weather was fine

Good: bed in master bedroom, new barbecue, sunbeds. Not so good: Damp and musty house. Not as clean as it should have been (interior as well as crockery). WiFi speed 4 Mbps (50 was promised). Flood after heavy rain in scullery. Shower drain blockage. If it would have rained for several days (as it did the weeks before) we would have left earlier. No appologies from the owner/manager after mentioning our issues. Just an explanation that maintenance will be done after the holiday season.

Alhoewel we een leuke tijd samen hadden waren we niet helemaal tevreden over dit vakantiehuis. BĂ©nouville is een rustig slaapdorpje, maar je hebt voor alles transport nodig: er is geen bakker, geen warenhuis, ook een strandbezoek te voet zit er niet in want je raakt enkel tot op de kliffen. Ook mooi wel ! De tuin van het huis is mooi en goed omheind, wat fijn is voor de hond. Soms wel animo als ook de buren een hond meebrengen ! Het huis is echt kleiner dan je verwacht van de foto's. Er is slaapplaats voor 4 (1 dubbel, 2 enkel) maar het is echt krap met zijn vieren. Zelfs om te zitten is het drummen, ook om te eten is er nauwelijks voldoende plaats. De woning was niet zo fris: spinnewebben en veel geurtjes. Vloer niet echt proper. Het beddengoed was ook niet zo netjes. Vrij basic materialen allemaal, wel een vaatwas en wasmachine. Toilet en badkamer beneden, geen water boven. Om in de grote kamer te komen, moet je langs de enkele bedden, wat storing geeft. Smalle houten trap. Weinig bergruimte voor kleren als je voor een week met 4 aankomt. Samengevat vonden wij het vrij basic en te klein voor 4 personen, en voor die prijs mag het best wat meer, en zeker wat netter zijn.

Schönes Cottage mit Vintage-Flair.

Besonders klasse war, dass alle KĂŒchenutensilien da waren und genĂŒgend Wandhaken um KleidungsstĂŒcke und HandtĂŒcher aufzuhĂ€ngen. Auch die Beheizung funktioniert prima.

Schöne Tage hinter den Kreidefelsen

Wer ein Cottage liebt, fĂŒhlt sich hier sofort zuhause. Ein schöner Garten, auch ideal fĂŒr Hunde, lĂ€dt an sonnigen Tagen zum Verweilen ein. Sehr ruhig und lĂ€ndlich, aber nur einen Sprung von Etretat entfernt.

Ruhige Tage in der Normandie

Das kleine Haus mit eingezĂ€unten Garten war perfekt fĂŒr unseren Urlaub mit Hund. Die Ausstattung war gut, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die SteilkĂŒste zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert.

La location a répondu parfaitement à mes attentes!

L' accueil, l'emplacement, l'équipement, tout était trÚs bien . Proche de la mer , village tranquille . Et rejoindre Etretat par les bords des falaises était magnifique. En plus pas de lits à faire ni de ménage avant de partir du coup on gagne un temps précieux pour en profiter. Ne pas hésiter!!

Zwischen Meer und HĂŒgeln der Normandie

Sehr geschmackvoll, mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr ruhig und einer Normandie typischen Landschaft gelegen. FĂŒr 4 Personen und Haustier ideal. Der kleine Garten ist eingezĂ€unt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. (Danke fĂŒr die PannenhilfeđŸ€—) Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. 800m bis zur SteilkĂŒste, ca. 1,2 Km zum Strand.

Sehr gut zum Erholen

Eine ruhige Wohnung, mit Jalousien! und schöner Terrasse. Alles wie beschrieben und wir konnten gut die nÀhere Umgebung erkunden. Zwei schöne Woche in der Normandie verbracht.
