Unit B Built in 2022, A modern 2 bedroom/ 1 bath Suite with fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room.. The bedrooms are furnished with queen bed, two twin beds, bedding and pillows. Kitchen is fully furnished including coffee pot, keruig, toaster, microwave, freezer/fridge, stove, pots/pans, plates, silverware and cleaning supplies. Unit has kitchen table with chairs, two couches, smart tv, office table with chair, outside bbq and patio tables/chairs. Apartment is just minutes away from the Cherokee National Forest, Parksville Lake, Ocoee River and much more. Enjoy whitewater rafting, fishing, boating, and hiking, right in your back door! We are located at the Whitewater RV Park at the base of the Ocoee River. Coin laundry is available at the office. No pets. Only sleeps 4 people.

Great Location

Nice comfortable, quiet location central to our planned activities. The room could use a vent for the stove as we set off the alarm twice just making standard fares and no noticeable smoke. Other than that a perfect stay.

Mini family get away

Came in for a wedding. Family stayed in the apartment next to us, and other family stayed in the RV park. Nice clean apartment and RV park. Close to lots of hiking, biking, and water activities. Would definitely stay here again. Sat on the deck with the family and had a spectacular view of the 2024 Strawberry moon. It was the icing on the cake..

Beautiful Property

Definitely recommend staying at this property. The place had everything you could need from pots and pans to playing card & board games, and books…. And that Buff City Soap! Beds were also very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights in the stayed. The ice cream shop under the apt was so good too. I will be back! Thank you again!!

Loved it the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the beds they were a little uncomfortable but the couches were good to sleep on! The house was beautiful and clean. In a very beautiful area and close to amazing hiking areas. The ice cream place downstairs was an amazing treat as well.

Great for a weekend on the Ocoee

We stayed here for a weekend so that my partner could paddle on the Ocoee for opening weekend. Can't ask for more at the price - clean, convenient to the Ocoee/hiking/mountains, sweet amenities like snacks and soap! we will stay again!

Really nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay, very peaceful. I would recommend this place. As Recommended changes: apartment heat setting was too cold, we changed the setting, but it reverted to it's preset temperature. House rules need to be listed in VRBO for clarity in advance of booking.

Short drive to Lee University

We were in town for Lee’s graduation. This property is only 18 minutes away and was one of my favorite stays near Cleveland. The area is absolutely beautiful and we didn’t have to deal with the traffic that we are used to in Cleveland and Chatt. The view is beautiful. The owner was quick to respond to all of my messages. I can’t wait to stay again.
