The BEST location!! Studio A on Central is a new and beautifully appointed property located on the desirable Central Avenue in Bentonville. One of the closest properties in proximity to the Bentonville Square, you will be only steps away from Museums, Shopping, wonderful Restaurants, and fantastic Trails. Crystal Bridges Museum is a short 15 minute walk away! Studio A is located above our detached garage. Private entry and parking. Kitchen features induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher.

Please note that the HVAC unit is a Mini Split Unit, while very efficient for heating and cooling, you will hear the unit when the fan is on. Comparable volume of an operating refrigerator.
Please note that Bentonville is a growing community and at time there will be construction and construction noise in the area .

Even better than we expected
We really enjoyed our stay at Studio A. The studio was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. We were able to really relax and unwind from our every day lives. We loved being able to take short walks to the square (3-4 blocks) to enjoy the bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. It was also fun to be able to walk to Crystal Bridges as well. We look forward to returning to Studio A in the future.

Downtown Bentonville Arkansas get away
My wife and I stayed in this amazing studio apartment. The ascetics were great. Modern and bright! Well decorated. Quiet. Awesome perks with a bottle of wine, waters, and coffee. Great cooking supplies. The view is beautiful. A simple 3 block walk and you are at the downtown park and shopping and restaurants of Bentonville. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and will be going back again. Owners were available in a mater of minutes. Check in was simple. It has off the street parking. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing

Great
Perfect efficiency apartment for exploring downtown Bentonville. Everything needed was provided. Just remember it is above a garage so you will hear the garage doors go up and down when owners leave or arrive but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Would definitely recommend.
